The regulations below apply to BOTH the Hard Ball and Soft Ball variations unless stated.
PITCH
- PKW.1a - For avoidance of doubt, the wicket shall be 20.1168 metres (22 yards) in length from stumps to stumps for Hard Ball matches.
- PKW.1b - For avoidance of doubt, the wicket shall be 18.288 metres (20 yards) in length from stumps to stumps for Soft Ball matches.
- PKW.2a - The boundary shall be between 40 and 50 metres from the centre point of the wicket for Hard Ball matches.
- PKW.2b - The boundary shall be between 35 and 45 metres from the centre point of the wicket for Soft Ball matches.
- PKW.3a - The fielding circle shall be marked with appropriate WHITE discs and be placed between 25 and 30 metres from the centre point of the wicket for Hard Ball matches.
- PKW.3b - The fielding circle shall be marked with appropriate WHITE discs and be placed between 20 and 30 metres from the centre point of the wicket for Soft Ball matches.
KIT
- PKW.4 - If not already owned then 3 match balls shall be provided to each team by The Sussex Slam.
- PKW.5 - For 2020 there is no mandatory requirement to wear coloured kit although at least a coloured shirt is encouraged.
The Sussex Slam has a partnership with SHARKS CRICKET to provide all teams with a reasonably priced option for coloured kit that puts the teams fully in control of what they would like to appear on their kit.

post match
- PKW.6 - Wherever possible at this time, the facility shall be provided for the visiting team to purchase beverages after the match.
For clarity, this does not mandate any team to provide a full bar, nor that the hosts have to provide food. This rule is to ensure both sides are able to get a drink after the game.
