All participating teams should have their own Sussex Slam-specific team on their parent's club's site to enable ease of finding data for all concerned.

- RR.1. - No later than the SUNDAY immediately following a match, the HOME team shall enter all the details they have for the match, which MUST include at least:
- RR.1a. - ALL participating players in the correct batting & bowling orders;
- RR.1b. - ALL players' individual batting & bowling statistics;
- RR.1c. - BOTH teams' total scores;
- RR.1d. - BOTH teams' total wickets taken;
- RR.1e. - BOTH teams' total, exact overs bowled.
- RR.2. - The AWAY team shall ratify the data no later than the WEDNESDAY after the deadline for the HOME team to enter the data, after which it will be assumed accurate for the assessing of rule adherence and awarding if player accolades.
- RR.3. - The HOME team is responsible for obtaining all relevant information at the time of the match from the AWAY team, there should be no "Unsure" entry.
- RR.4. - For every single missing item of data (as required in RR.1) the team it relates to shall be deducted 0.1 points from their teams' points total in the group stage to a maximum of 1.0 points
